Louisville Metal Hose custom builds each assembly in-house; stocking standard and hard-to-find components...hose 1/4 -16" and the necessary end connections and rare expansion joints to fabricate what you need when you need it.

Our fulltime welders use state-of-the-art turntables and implement a two pass weld to ensure a smoother, more consistent, weld that inhibits leakage.  Chlorine Hoses are made in a special chamber to get a inert weld.   Assemblies can be put into our test tank (testing up to 20,000 lbs.) tagged and certified.  Contact us for a line brochure detailing the processes used at LMH.
